it started as a personal dream of getting pledges for good deeds. it continues now as inspiring acts that we hear about to help others in their own hopes ... no matter how big or small the deed ... or the dream.

i have yet to find my noel cabangon

... in the sense that i have yet to find that music-making performer that i would want to stalk and watch every performance.

room eleven, a jazzy band from amsterdam, comes close though. i have 2 of their cover songs on my music site here at multiply.

there's the singer behind me. gert's checking out their CD (which he bought) and i'm basically being stupid and making faces at sachiro (japanese ISS friend) who's taking the picture.

flower girls

My brother Carlo is married!!! I have a new sister --Lea Edrosolan Santos!! It was a lovely wedding --- Bonsai garden just as the sun was about to kiss us all goodnight --- and I'm sure that it will be an equally wonderful marriage. All who know Carlo and Lea probably feel the same way. Let's all hope for a baby within the next years. hihihi.

Anyway, this event merits a space in this blog because the night before the wedding I had joined the wonderful mamus -- Elnora, Carina, Ernest and Dindin--- to pull out an all-nighter of preparing the flower bouquets and head wreaths for the wedding. They did it as a gift for the bride through the suggestion (??) of sister Aimee. I never really realized how much work got into doing those things, but I'm no longer surprised why florists charge huge amounts for that service (we were told that what we did could amount to P40,000).

It was literally an all nighter --- but the results were truly beautiful (photos taken from Ernest's blog). Check out Lovely as the flower girl of the entourage.

On another note... I really REALLY must update my blogs more.
